You will be assigned a Web ID once you complete the Personal Information portion of the application. The Web ID will appear at the top of the next page. Please write down your Web ID. If you wish to stop your application and save your data, click on the stop link at the bottom of the navigation bar. You may stop your application after you have been assigned a Web ID and use your Web ID and last name to continue at any time.
A checklist will be available as early as two weeks after you click the "Submit This Application" button. After you have submitted your application you will be able to view the checklist of your supporting documents that have been received by the Admissions Office. Enter your Web ID and Last Name as required.
Once you have clicked the "Submit This Application" button on Page "Application Declaration" of the application you will not be permitted to make any changes to your application online. If your circumstances change and you would like to make a change to your application, contact the Admissions Office in the Faculty of Dentistry by email admissions@dentistry.ubc.ca.
For security reasons, you will be automatically logged out of the application if you take more than 45 minutes on any one page of the application. To resume your application, you will be required to enter your Web ID and last name. Be sure your browser is set to accept cookies and that JavaScript is enabled; these settings are found in your Options or Preferences window.
