The on-line application is followed by a confirmation letter. After the
third page (personal information) is complete, you will be assigned a Web ID for your
application. You may stop your application at any time after this point and use your
Web ID and last name to continue any time within three weeks of starting the application.
After three weeks, any incomplete applications will be deleted and you will be required to start a new application.
After you have submitted your application you will be able to view a checklist of your supporting documents that have been received by the Admissions Office. Enter your Web ID and Last Name in the fields below. The checklist will be available as early as two weeks after you click the "Submit This Application" button. As the application deadline nears, due to increased activity there may be delays updating checklists. Your patience is appreciated.
Once you have clicked the "Submit This Application" button on Page "Application Declaration" of the application you will not be permitted to make any changes to your application on-line. If your circumstances change and you would like to make a change to your application, contact the Admissions Office in the Faculty of Dentistry.
Considerable preparation time is required to complete this application form. We encourage you to compose text documents first in a word processing program such as Word or Windows Notepad, and then cut and paste into the on-line application. We recommend that you use hard returns and the space bar. Avoid extensive formatting as the on-line application does not support stylized text, fonts and font sizes, bold, italics, underline, bullets, centering and justifying. In particular, avoid using Tabs.
