Dr. Diego Ardenghi joined the University of British Columbia as a faculty member in September 2022. He is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist and Tenure-track Associate Professor of Teaching (Educational Leadership Stream) in the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC's Vancouver campus. His past experiences include working as the Acting (Interim) Associate Dean Academic at the University of Saskatchewan, Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of California San Francisco, and Director of the Prosthodontics Division at the University of Florida. His research interest is on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in which he is a Canadian Advisor on DEIB for the American Dental Education Association; the use of Digital Dentistry as an Educational tool for Prosthodontics; and the Access to Dental Care Services for the Geriatric population.
