The patient has failed to keep the appointments and attended the treatment only after ten months after the start. A mesial incisal crown fracture was detected, but the canal was well sealed by the temporary topfilling. A radiograph revealed almost complete healing of the apical lesion. A master point radiograph was taken before making the final root filling to verify correct filling length.
