Apical periodontitis in tooth 35 with a condensing lesion was found. The center of the lesion has normal/reduced density. Distal caries and leaking temporary filling were the cause of pulpal death and development of apical periodontitis. The tooth was asymptomatic. - Notice the shadow caused by mental foramen between the root tips of the two premolars.
