The mesial canals were prepared to size #40 and a distal canal to size #50. Calcium hydroxide dressing was placed and the tooth was sealed with an IRM temporary top filling. Three weeks later the patient was still symptomfree and the calcium hydroxide was removed after placing the rubber dam. Master point radiograph was taken with two #45 and one #50 master point.
