Acute pulpitis was diagnosed in tooth 14 of a 36-year-old woman. Infiltration anaesthesia was applied and access cavity was prepared with high-speed diamond with water cooling and with round burs at slow speed. Two root canals were located and the rubber dam was applied. The area was disinfected with a chlorhexidine-ethanol solution.
