The canals were prepared to size #40 (L), #40 (DB), #50 (B) and #25 (MB). After irrigation with EDTA the canals were dried with paper points and filled with calcium hydroxide paste, as time did not allow root filling at the same appointment. The patient lived at the other part of the country and the next appointment was scheduled two months after the first appointment. The tooth had been symptomfree the whole time. The rubber dam was placed and the working field disinfected. The canals were cleaned and a master point radiograph was taken revealing lack of correct length in lingual, distobuccal and mesiobuccal canals.
