Cervical resorption was diagnosed in a central left mandibular incisor of a 45-year-old man.
The patient had asthma and was allergic to latex. The tooth was vital and symptomfree.
The patient was anaesthetised and the access cavity was prepared. The canal was found and the rubber dam was placed.
The working length of 24 mm was obtained with the help of an apex locator.
The canals were instrumented with small K-files and NiTiFlex hand instruments to size #50.
The canals were continuously irrigated with 1% sodium hypochlorite and 17 % EDTA.
