At the second appointment, 4 weeks later, the patient was symptomfree. The Rubber dam was placed, working field disinfected, and the temporary filling removed. Calcium hydroxide was removed with hand instruments and irrigation by NaOCl and EDTA. A master point radiograph was taken.
