The canal openings were enlarged with the ProTaper SX rotating instrument to allow easy access to both buccal canals. The final working length radiograph was taken and the canals were prepared to size 40/21 mm (buccal canals) and 50/21 mm (palatal canal) under constant irrigation with 1 % sodium hypochlorite. ProTaper F3 finishinf file was followed by apical reaming with #40 NiTiflex file in each canal. The canals were then irrigated with EDTA, filled with calcium hydroxide, and sealed with Cavit G and IRM as topfilling.
