A clinical photograph showing the canal anatomy. The mesiobuccal canal joined the distal canal a few millimeters from the pulp chamber. The mesiolingual canal was prepared to size 45 and the distal canal and the joining mesiobuccal canal to size 55. Copious amounts of 1 % sodium hypoclorite was used for irrigation throughout the instrumentation. Irrigation with 17 % EDTA was done before drying the canals with paper points.
