The patient was anaesthetised and the access cavity was prepared. Three canals were found and the rubber dam was placed. The working length was obtained with the help of an apex locator. MB and ML canals were 21 mm and distal canal 20 mm. The canals were instrumented with reamers and flared with Hedstrom files according to the standardised technique. The canals were irrigated with 1% sodium hypochlorite and 17 % EDTA. The size achieved for each canals were 45 for MB and ML and 50 for the distal canal.
