A fistulograph taken from tooth 36. Nr. 30 gutta-percha point was inserted into the sinus tract with forceps. The sinus tract seemed to originate from the distal root.

Notice tooth 35; the sudden disappearance of the canal shadow a few millimetres below marginal bone level is a sign of canal ramification into buccal and lingual branches.
