The Rubber dam was placed, working field disinfected, and the temporary filling removed. Three canals were located and the orifices were cleaned with a diamond coated ultrasound tip. Old root filling were removed with ProFile OS 3 and 06-25 rotary instruments at 450 rpm. Apical canal was negotiated with #10 and #15 K-files to working length using an apex locator. A working length radiograph was taken, and the canals were prepared with ProTaper rotary instruments to size F2 mesially and F3 distally under constant irrigation with NaOCl. The apical canals were finished manually with NiTiflex K-files to sizes #40 (mesial canals) and #55 (distal canal).
