The canals were irrigated with EDTA, dried and filled with calcium hydroxide. At the second appointment, 3 weeks later, the patient was symptomfree. The Rubber dam was placed, working field disinfected, and the temporary filling removed. Calcium hydroxide was removed with hand instruments and irrigation by NaOCl. A master point radiograph was taken.
