Three months later the tooth was symptomfree and no pathology could be seen in the radioghraph. The palatal canal was reamed to size 70 and the mesiopalatal to 50. A master point radiograph was taken and the four canals were filled with cold lateral condensation technique using AH+ as a sealer. The access cavity was temporarily sealed with IRM, the rubber dam was removed and the final radiograph was taken. The long term prognosis of the tooth is good because the diagnosis was pulpitis, which means that the apical canal where the fracture occurred is sterile.
