The treatment was started after local infiltration anesthesy and the treatment was completed in one appointment. The working length was established with the help of an apex locator and the canals were instrumented with reamers and Hedstroem files. Sodium hypochlorite 1% was used during instrumentation followed by 17% EDTA. A master point radiograph was taken before filling to verify correct length.
