Rubber dam was placed on the root and the calcium hydroxide in the perforation canal was removed by EDTA irrigation. A nr. 10 K-file and an operation microscope were used to inspect the perforation canal. This was then prepared to size 120 to 7 mm to make an apical step. The canal was filled with packed calcium hydroxide and sealed with IRM.
