Trepanation to pulp chamber was done with high speed diamond bur, rubber dam was placed and the working fields were disinfected with chlorhexidine-ethanol solution. Two canals joining at apex were found in tooth 41. The teeth were prepared to size 45 (41) and 50 (32). The canals were dried and filled with a calcium hydroxide paste using a Lentulo with low speed. IRM topfilling was applied to seal the canals.
