Two months after starting the endodontic treatment the teeth were symptomfree. Radiograph indicated partial healing in both teeth. Vertically long temporary top-fillings by IRM quaranteed good coronal seal. No measuring of the mesial sinus tract in tooth 41 was done in order not to interfere with ongoing healing.
