After incision and drainage the ruber dam was placed and the two canals were instrumented to preparation length to the size 50. After irrigation with sodium hypochlorite and EDTA, calcium hydroxide was applied into the canal, and the canal was sealed with an IRM topfilling. Tooth was taken out of occlusal activity.
Anti-inflammatory pain killer and V-penicillin (1 mill. units x 4, 10 d.) were prescribed to the patient.
