At the second appointment one week later, calcium hydroxide had necrotised the granulation tissue closest to the root canal and the canals could be easily prepared and filled with new calcium hydroxide. Two weeks later the canals were filled with size 80 gutta-percha and sealer and several accessory points using lateral condensation. IRM topfilling was placed in the access cavities.
