Apical canal was enlarged to size #60 with NiTiflex hand instruments using balanced force technique. Finally, the root canal was irrigated with 17 % EDTA, dried with paper points and filled with a relatively dry calcium hydroxide packing using paper points and root canal stoppers. The access cavity was sealed with IRM temporary filling and the rubber dam was removed.
Control radiograph revealed a minor area where residual pulp tissue probably prevented packing of calcium hydroxide.
