Three weeks later the patient returned for the final appointment. The tooth was symptomfree. After placing the rubber dam and disinfection, IRM was removed and the canal space cleaned with hand instruments and ultrasound. Apical canal was enlarged to size #70 and the canal was rinsed with EDTA and dried. A master point radiograph was taken.
