At the third appointment it was decided to obturate the canals. Ca(OH)2 was removed from the canals with the help of sodium hypochlorite and NiTiflex files with a final irrigation with 17% EDTA. The gutta-percha master points size 60/20 mm were fitted in the canals and a master point radiograph was taken. The radiograph indicated the presence of calcium hydroxide at the apical canal and hand instruments were used to clean the most apical canal. The canals were then obturated with gutta-percha cones and AH+ sealer with the cold lateral condensation technique. IRM was used as a temporary filling.
