Radicular cyst - Treatment plan

Radicular cyst cannot be reliably identified without a histological examination. However, the treatment of possible radicular cyst is done as the treatment of apical periodontitis, which is the underlying disease (see etiology). Need for apical surgery is evaluated each time individually.
