Internal resorption - Treatment plan

Internal inflammatory root resorption has trauma and microbial etiology. Coronal part of the root canal is either necrotic or at least infected, while the apical part is vital in ongoing resorption. The goal of the treatment is to remove the necrotic, inflamed and vital pulp tissue and fill the whole canal space with a permanent root filling material.
