Excess gutta-percha was removed with a warm instrument and the dentin walls were cleaned with a cotton pellet soaked in ethanol. A temporary filling was placed using Cavit-G and IRM. Notice the grey area below the chamber floor caused by dentine that allowed less gutta-percha to be packed at this area.
