At the end of the preparation of tooth 46, the canals were irrigated with 17 % neutral EDTA, dried with large paper points avoiding overinstrumentation not to provoke bleeding into the canals and filled with calcium hydroxide. The access cavity was sealed with Cavit-G and IRM filling.
