Distal canal was filled with nr. 60 gutta-percha master point and several accessory points and sealer using cold lateral condensation. Mesial canals were filled with nr. 45 master point, accessory points and sealer. The coronal cavity was filled with IRM. Notice overfilling by sealer in the distal root. New calcium hydroxide was packed in tooth 46.
