The invagination (DP canal) was filled with MTA, using large inverted paper points for packing. Several controll radiographs were taken to secure homogenous packing of the material. A moist cotton pellet was then applied on the MTA, and the canal was sealed with a temporary filling. A week after the MB canal was filled with gutta-percha and AH+ sealer with the cold lateral condensation technique. Both canals were sealed coronally with an IRM temporary top filling.
