Greater access to the canals was made with a bur under proper magnification by a microscope. A large DP canal was found with bonelike tissue inside, and enamel in the coronal part. Ultrasound was used to remove the bonelike tissue, which looked like intracanal septa.
Apex locator was used to find the working length. The MB canal was instrumented to instrument size #50 and the DP to size #55 with NiTiflex hand instruments and balanced force technique.
