A ct-scan was taken from the area in order to obtain better understanding of the root canal anatomy of the tooth as well as the size and location of the invagination. OBS: Moving the mouse on the radiograph (right) shows corresponding ct-scan on the left.
Notice the absence of buccal cortical bone (because of the operation) and the palatal cortical bone (because of the lesion).
