A week later part of the IRM was removed and the access cavities were filled with a composite filling.
The tooth was symptomfree, and there was no sinus tract. The prognosis was considered to be good.
COMMENT: It is possible that the positive EPT result before the earlier cyst operation was caused a vital original canal, and the infection was caused by the invagination. Therefore, earlier strat of the endodontic treatment might have been indicated.
