HISTORY: One year ago, at the age of nineteen, the patient was treated surgically and a cystic lesion between lateral incisor and the canine was removed. According to treatment history records, both teeth had shown positive sensitivity test by EPT. The radiograph above was taken at the time of the operation one year ago.
