Eosinophilic granuloma - Radiolucent

Histiocytosis X is the name given to a group of several tumour-like lesions where histiocytes (ie., macrophages) are the characteristic cells of the lesion, often together with eosinophilic granulocytes. The eosinophilic granuloma (picture in main window) is an example of this group.
